Case studies
Operational proof, not marketing copy
Each case study describes a system we actually run today. Figures are current system numbers, not projections.
Case study 01 · ERP commerce
A live quote becomes a branded purchase order and invoice without re-keying
Problem: distributor quote flows normally die in spreadsheets and email; the order is re-entered, the PDF is re-typed, and the audit trail is lost.
What we built: the portal submits the quote to an ERP-backed Partner API, converts it to an order, and renders the branded PO and invoice PDFs from the same record. Serial numbers are captured on the invoice; order status is queryable later.
Result: quote → order → PDF in one system, with the waterfall price and margin trail attached to the quote.

Live surfaces: quote cart, order status, quick order by SKU.
Case study 02 · catalog sourcing
84,302 distributor SKUs under one search box with waterfall pricing
Problem: buyers bounce between distributor portals to compare the same GPU, server and storage part numbers, then can't tell landed cost from list price.
What we built: the distributor catalog is normalised into ERP-backed search, then priced through a waterfall that exposes partner, wholesale, gov and edu channels plus the landed-cost trail. Availability is confirmed per quote instead of printed as a fake stock badge.
Result: one search box, five price channels, and a quote that carries its own cost basis.

Live surfaces: catalog search, B70 PDP, H100 nodes.
Case study 03 · rack build
8× Intel Arc Pro B70 AI rack, priced from live distributor stock
Problem: rack quotes are usually a static PDF with no visibility into component cost or margin, and no honest availability.
What we built: a rack configuration (8× B70 32GB, dual EPYC, DDR5 ECC, NVMe, 200G networking, rails/burn-in) priced through the same ERP waterfall as the catalog, with component-level live prices on the rack page and the margin trail exposed to the desk.
Result: a $63k-class rack quote that updates with live distributor prices and converts through the same quote → order → invoice path.

Live surfaces: B70 rack build, rack catalog entry, live offers board, payment instructions.
