Read this before you ask us for a proposal.
- We do not claim a certification we have not earned. Student-data rules such as FERPA remain the institution’s responsibility; we document the controls we actually operate and let your counsel review them.
- We do not claim a state, cooperative or E-rate contract vehicle unless we confirm it in writing for your specific solicitation.
- We do not publish outcome percentages for automation work. Targets are agreed and measured per engagement, in writing, before deployment.

Education questions we answer in writing
Can you quote against our purchase order or solicitation?
Yes. Send the solicitation or bid number, the line items and the required forms. We return a line-item quote with unit price, extended price and freight shown separately, referencing the solicitation number. If we cannot meet a line as specified, we say so before you evaluate.
Do you touch student data?
Only where an engagement requires it, and only under a written scope that names the data, the systems and the people with access. We do not claim a certification; we document the controls we operate so your compliance office can review them.
What if a part is discontinued mid-project?
We confirm MPNs in writing before the order and flag end-of-life risk up front. Any substitution needs your written approval and an equivalence statement describing what changed.
Can you deliver and install during a break?
Yes - delivery and installation are scheduled around your academic calendar. Send the dates at quote time; the lead time and dock requirements are stated in the written scope.
