Customer experience bundle
Inbox and voice automation plus the knowledge layer behind them.
Published bundle saving: 15% versus the same solutions priced individually.
Pricing
Two ways to buy: automation engagement plans with the starting rates we publish, and hardware, freight and deployment services quoted per order at live distributor cost basis.
The rates below are the published starting points from our previous pricing page. They are not estimates we invented for this page and they are not the number you will pay without a scope - every engagement is confirmed in a written statement of work that states the current rate. If a rate here is out of date, the SOW wins and it is shown to you before you commit.
Engagement plans
For workflow automation engagements. Hardware is never bundled into these rates.
For one workflow, one team, and a measurable start.
For operations scaling past one workflow.
For multi-site or regulated operations with their own terms.
Published starting rates. A statement of work states the current rate, the transaction count, the support window and the term before you commit. Annual contracts carry the previously published 10% discount; multi-year terms are negotiated in the agreement.
Bundles
Bundles combine plans that are usually bought together. The saving is measured against the same solutions priced individually.
Inbox and voice automation plus the knowledge layer behind them.
Published bundle saving: 15% versus the same solutions priced individually.
Quote-to-cash workflow with the data pipeline between ERP and sales systems.
Published bundle saving: 15% versus the same solutions priced individually.
Operations automation across support, sales and back office.
Published bundle saving: 20% versus the same solutions priced individually.
Add-ons
Published add-on rates. Anything scoped differently is quoted in the SOW, not on this page.
| Item | Published rate | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Additional transactions | $0.10 per transaction over the plan limit | Billed monthly in arrears. |
| Custom integration development | $5,000 - $15,000 per integration | Quoted after the interface description is agreed. |
| Advanced change management | $3,000 / month | For multi-team rollouts with a training plan. |
| White-label deployment | Contact sales | Scoped per program. |
| On-premise hosting | Contact sales | Scoped per site, including hardware. |
Hardware & services
Hardware moves with the distributor market, so it is quoted per order - with the basis shown.
Quoted per order against live authorized distribution cost basis, with the margin stated in the quote. Part numbers are confirmed in writing before you commit.
Shown as its own line on every quote. Dock delivery, appointment scheduling and inside delivery are quoted when you ask for them.
Rack and stack, burn-in and validation, GPU qualification, imaging, staging and on-site install are quoted per engagement with the lead time stated.
Financing is arranged through a partner. We do not quote a rate we do not control - ask and we will set up the introduction and the paperwork.
PO and solicitation quotes with line-item pricing, W-9 and registration documents on request. No contract vehicle is claimed unless confirmed in writing.
No hidden fees, no invented discounts and no ROI percentage. Targets are agreed and measured per engagement.
Questions
These are the starting rates we published on our previous site and they remain our published starting points. Every engagement is confirmed in a written statement of work against your scope, and the SOW - not this page - is the binding number. If a rate on this page is out of date, the SOW states the current one before you commit.
Any processed action: an email handled by an inbox agent, a call managed by a voice agent, a search in the knowledge layer, a quote generated by ERP/CPQ, or a data sync through a pipeline. The count is reported monthly and shown in your performance report.
Overage is billed at the published $0.10 per transaction. You are notified at 80% of the plan limit so you can decide whether to upgrade. There is no service interruption for crossing the limit.
No setup fees for standard deployments. Custom integrations, on-premise deployment and white-label work carry implementation costs that are quoted up front and stated in the SOW.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Changes are confirmed in writing.
Yes. Our previously published term is a 10% discount on an annual contract. Multi-year and enterprise terms are negotiated and written into the agreement. We do not invent discounts that are not in the signed SOW.
Hardware is quoted per order against live authorized distribution cost basis with the margin stated in the quote, not from this page. Freight and services are separate lines. Hardware pricing changes with the distributor market, so a hardware quote always carries its validity window.
No. Targets are agreed and measured per engagement, in writing. We would rather report what we measured on your site than quote a percentage from a brochure.
Send the workflow or the bill of materials. We return a written quote with the lines separated - or tell you we cannot meet it.
