Vendor due diligence
Onboarding a supplier means documentation. We provide W-9, business registration and resale or tax-exemption documents on request, and answer security questionnaires in writing.
Industries · Financial services
Secure compute, storage and networking for banks, insurers, asset managers and fintech - with a documented chain of custody, written deployment scope and procurement paperwork that survives vendor due diligence.
Financial systems are judged on evidence: what was deployed, who touched it, what changed and what happens on failure. We quote documented deployment work and keep the paper trail explicit - from MPN confirmation through burn-in reports and asset records - so your operations and audit teams are not reconstructing it later.
Where we help
These are the problems the scope is built against - not a generic feature list.
Onboarding a supplier means documentation. We provide W-9, business registration and resale or tax-exemption documents on request, and answer security questionnaires in writing.
Every deployment follows a written scope with named approvals for changes. Substitutions require written approval and an equivalence statement.
Risk, pricing and research teams need GPU capacity without a custom data-center build. We source accelerated compute and quote the staging and imaging around it.
We hand over burn-in and validation reports, asset and serial records and the as-built rack documentation that operations teams get asked for at audit time.
What we deliver
Hardware, services and automation are quoted separately so you can see what you are buying.
Servers, enterprise storage and networking selected against your written bill of materials, with MPN confirmation before commitment.
Rack and stack, burn-in, GPU qualification, imaging and staging with a written record of what was done, by whom, and when.
Microsoft 365, Teams Phone and Power Platform work delivered into the tenant with the migration and rollback plan documented.
Inbox, document and knowledge workflows with human review steps where an error is expensive, scoped one workflow at a time.
PO quotes, line-item pricing and vendor-onboarding documents on request.
Spare kits, RMA handling and warranty tracking as part of the support plan, so hardware failure has a written response.
Honest limits
If a claim is not in a signed scope, it is not a commitment.
One contact from requirement to invoice.
Questions
We do not claim a certification we have not earned. We provide the paperwork we do hold, answer your security questionnaire in writing, and scope work so your controls stay in force. If a certification is mandatory for your engagement, tell us before the quote so we can confirm whether we can meet it.
Changes need written approval. Any substitution comes with an equivalence statement describing what changed and why, so the change is auditable rather than silent.
Yes, within the written scope. Site access, data handling and device controls are agreed before work starts; where we cannot meet a control, we say so rather than work around it.
W-9, business registration and resale or tax-exemption documents are provided on request. Other documents are confirmed in writing before you commit to a purchase order.
Tell us what costs you the most time and we will say - in writing - whether hardware, deployment services or automation is the right fix.
