Wrong item shipped	30 days from invoice	Correct item or full credit; we cover return freight.
Damaged in transit	Report within 5 days of delivery	We file the carrier claim with you and replace or credit.
Ordered in error / no longer needed	30 days, unopened	Credit on approved inspection; return freight at your cost.
Warranty failure after 30 days	Manufacturer warranty	We open the manufacturer case and give you the case number.
Special-order / build-to-order	Case by case	Non-cancellable once components are committed, per terms of sale.

Eligibility

Original packaging, accessories and manuals where possible.
Serial number must match the invoice line.
No physical damage from misuse or improper packaging.
Software licences and digital keys are non-returnable once delivered.
Credits go back to the original payment method, or to account credit if you ask.
